چکیده

A 13-year-old Spanish Breton was presented for a hyperacute onset of dull mentation followed by generalised tonic-clonic seizure and recumbency. An intracranial magnetic resonance imaging study identified well-demarcated intraventricular mass, cerebrospinal fluid analysis revealed moderate neutrophilic pleocytosis proteinorrachia. tentative diagnosis meningioma made medical treatment started. After short initial improvement, the patient died 3 weeks later. Histopathology confirmed presence malignant (World Health Organization [WHO] grade III) pulmonary metastasis. This is, to our knowledge, first reported case canine with metastasis showing immunohistochemical characterisation tumour.

Malignant Meningioma with Lumbar Spinal Metastasis (a case report)

Meningioma is considered as a benign central nervous system tumor that accounts for approximately 18% of all brain tumors. About 5% of meningioma tumors are malignant and have more aggressive clinical signs and worse prognosis compared to benign tumors. Recurrent Intracranial Meningioma with Malignant Change and Extracranial Bone Metastasis : A Case Report

We report the CT and MR findings of a case of a solitary benign syncytial meningioma showing recurrent multi...
